Who we are

For over a decade, we’ve helped organisations reinvent how they work — using Technology, Automation, and AI to deliver exceptional customer experiences, cost advantage, and clear differentiation that drives extraordinary growth. We’ve long believed that through technology we can be quicker, better, cheaper and do more.

Now, with AI accelerating at pace, the opportunity is unprecedented — and the risk of falling behind is real. We exist to help you succeed in this moment.

AI transformation isn’t a technology project.

It’s business reinvention.

We focus on:

  • Clear strategy — grounded in your business priorities

  • Practical execution — that delivers real outcomes

  • People-first adoption — to build lasting capability

  • Responsible and secure use — so you can scale with confidence

Dave Hunt

  • Dave began his career as a process engineer in Ford’s UK car factories, working hands‑on with robotics and automation. Over the last 30 years he has delivered robotics, RPA, machine learning and AI programs across sales, service, claims and back‑office functions — particularly in financial services.

  • He holds a Masters in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University, graduating with First Class Honours and a scholarship, and has completed advanced AI studies at MIT.

  • Dave has spent much of his career in consulting, including at McKinsey, and founded Dave Hunt Consulting in 2013 to focus on process automation and transformation. With the explosion of AI capability, the firm evolved into AI Delta — a consultancy dedicated to helping organisations navigate and harness the AI era.

Clare Kitching

  • Clare has built her career helping large organisations turn data and AI into real commercial value, including work with brands such as Wesfarmers and Treasury Wine Estates.

  • Clare has spent much of her career in consulting, including at McKinsey and QuantumBlack, where she worked across a range of industries to help organisations get started with data and AI, put the right foundations in place, and translate analytical capability into practical outcomes. Through this work, she saw first‑hand that while the opportunities are significant, getting started is often the hardest part.

  • She holds degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, and a Masters of Advanced Studies in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge..
